This privacy notice has been prepared by Split Media, which holds the title of Data Controller, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698 and the Regulation on Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform dated March 10, 2018.

As Split Media, we attach great importance to the lawful processing of personal data of the relevant individuals. This privacy notice has been prepared to inform you, increase your awareness about your personal data, and enlighten you on this matter.

Any kind of information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

The natural person whose personal data is processed.

SPECIAL CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA

DATA CONTROLLER

A real or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the data controller based on the authority given by them.

EXPRESS CONSENT

Consent based on information regarding a specific subject, declared with free will.

Any operation performed on personal data, whether fully or partially automated or non-automated, such as collection, recording, storage, retention, alteration, reorganization, disclosure, transfer, making available, classification, or use of data.

Your collected personal data is processed and retained in order to benefit from the services offered through Split Media's website. Your personal data may vary depending on the product and service provided by Split Media; however, it can be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through various means, especially through the website.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

METHOD OF COLLECTION AND LEGAL BASIS OF YOUR PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data, which we process, may vary. Your personal data is collected in physical and electronic environments by personnel authorized by Split Media in accordance with the processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

TRANSMISSION INFORMATION OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data, as mentioned in the main title, may be transferred within the scope of the processing purposes with the necessary security measures taken. It may be transferred in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698.

YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT ARE AS FOLLOWS:

a) To learn whether personal data is processed, b) To request information if personal data has been processed, c) To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, d) To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad, e) To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, f) To request deletion or destruction of personal data, g) To request notification of the operations made as a result of correcting, deleting, or destroying personal data to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred, h) To object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, i) To demand compensation in case of damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

PROCEDURE AND METHOD OF APPLICATION TO OUR COMPANY

Your requests within the scope of Article 11 titled "Rights of the Data Subject" of Law No. 6698 on Personal Data Protection will be answered in writing or electronically within thirty days at the latest, provided that you can prove your identity. If the transaction requires a cost, it will be answered in writing or electronically by paying the transaction fee specified in Article 7 of the Regulation on the Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller. Split Media reserves the right to make changes to this privacy notice in case of new regulations introduced by the Personal Data Protection Law and the Personal Data Protection Board.
